Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43100407) dated (1/29/1443), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (01860) and dated (1/28/1443), What includes briefing the agreement between the Ministry and the General Authority for Endowments to establish wills for institutions and companies is sufficient to witness the registration of the endowment with the Authority following its competence to supervise all endowments in the Kingdom, and to register endowments in its endowments register, provided that the will or registration certificate issued by the Authority includes what is related to the powers of the beholder. By establishing companies or participating with others in establishing such companies or issuing commercial records.
